The Role

They are now seeking a Event Executive to join their team, after continuous new briefs and pitch wins. This role will take advantage of a range of your skills from ideation input right through to on-site management.

Supporting the wider events team on bries

Liaising with suppliers

Coming up with creative ideas to enhance the event

Creating detailed account plans

Maintaining a close working relationship with clients

Creating and supporting with client proposals

Site visits and venue liaison

Supplier selection and management

Working with in-house teams (technical, event, creative, print, digital)

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have event experience.
