Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a charming hotel on Jersey in the Channel Islands who are looking for an experienced Chef who will work the breakfast shift to join their team .

The hotel is a stones throw from one of Jerseys many beaches and has easy access to the main town of St Helier. The chef who joins this team will find themselves part of a close knit family dedicated to providing excellent service and getting really well paid for it!
While the breakfast shift is an early start for the chef it does mean you have your evenings free.
What's involved?
As Breakfast Chef you will prepare arguably the most important meal of the day for the hotels guests for 6 days a week on a 48 hour contract. You will ideally be working at a Chef de Partie level or above and not afraid of an early start.
As with all Chef positions reliability for this role is key and the hotel pays the Breakfast Chef a very generous salary for a reason - namely that you will be on time each day.
