The Role
Set in the heart of the Trossachs, this independent operator is looking for a Head Chef to run their 50+ cover a night, restaurant - producing fine Scottish cuisine, using locally sourced produce.
What you ll bring to the kitchen
- Proven experience in a similar style of operation.
- Talent and enthusiasm.
- Able to work in a small management team.
- Motivate and support the development of kitchen.
- Design menus, showcasing the fine local produce available.
- Can keep up with market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Can demonstrate you can deliver service, good financials and work with good processes and systems.
- Ensure that kitchen operations from service to costs are delivered.
General Opening Hours
- Mon, Thu, Fri 5pm-9.30pm.
- Sat & Sun 12pm-3.30pm and 5pm-9.30pm (Sunday roast is available on Sunday).
- Tue 5pm-9.30pm for group bookings.
- Times subject to change as looking to open lunch times during summer months.
The Offer
- £40k with negotiation for further benefits for the right person.
